I was really looking forward to TBEX (Travel Blogger Convention) this year.  I got a lot out of the conference last year and was excited for this year in Keystone, CO.  Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend due to a scheduling conflict.  Instead, I’ll be heading to Washington D.C. to participate in the “Best of the Road” rally sponsored by Rand McNally and USA Today.  Oh, and, the Travel Channel will be filming the entire event and will air a one-hour segment on July 25th at 8pm EST. So, while one door closed, a really cool one opened…hopefully with lots of opportunities for the near future.
