Heading to Incredible India
Excited to announce that in a couple weeks I will be heading to Incredible India! I was one of 60 travel bloggers selected to participate in the 1st ever India tourism sponsored FAM trip entitled #IndiaBlogTrain. There were over 1000 travel bloggers who applied for the trip and I am so excited to have made the cut. There are four luxury trains in different regions of the country. 15 travel bloggers will ride board each of the four trains at different times throughout the month of February. I have been selected for Palace on Wheels, the oldest and most popular of the four trains. Palace on Wheels leaves out of Delhi and travels through Rajasthan via the “Golden Triangle,” an area that highlights some of India’s most famous landmarks, such as the Taj Mahal.
This is my first time to India and I’m excited for several reasons. First, I’ve never been on a luxury train for a week and am excited to see what that is like. Second, I have many Indian friends I am looking forward to seeing. After the train trip, I will spend 2 weeks traveling through other parts of India on my on. Stay tuned to lean more about this upcoming trip.
