Update 08-12-10

Well, I haven’t been all that good of late in keeping up with the “Road Diary,” have been so busy with so many other things.  I am discovering that there is a lot of work and different directions that often divert my attention and limited resources. Anyhow, I’ve been in the Olympic Peninsula area for the past couple of weeks, mainly staying at my folks place right on the water in the Kitsap County area.  It’s been a great place to get caught up on posts, video editing, etc.  I’ve taken several side trips while staying here, I’ve been camping near the most northwestern part of the state, fishing and hiking in Brinnon and visiting a buddy in Kingston.

Today I will be heading to Seattle for a week.  I haven’t really been in a big city in months and really need to stock up on some supplies. I may visit relatives and hit old stomping grounds while in the city (for those of you who don’t know, I’m originally from the Seattle area).  While in Seattle I hope to call on a few prospective sponsors as well.

Anyhow, that’s it for now, I have to get going so I can make the ferry in time to go from Bainbridge Island to downtown Seattle.  Stay tuned…
